Global Village Booths & Cabaret Shows Announced!
1) Global Village
For delegates' safety and the order of this event, this year, a PERMIT will be required for anyone to access our global village tables and is granted to selected teams only. Head delegates should acquire the "Global Village Exhibition PERMIT" at the delegate service center in the conference venue (TICC) on March 14th, 2010. NTU Host Team will check your PERMIT when accessing the venue. Please note that selected teams will NOT be allowed to take their goods into the venue without the "Global Village Exhibition PERMIT".
The total amount of alcohol for each selected delegation should be limited to no more than 7500ml. We will unfortunately need to confiscate any alcohol in excess of this limit.
